Madison’s nightly medical routine was a little rougher than usual this weekend, as we knew it would be. To throw a magic blanket over the crapness I decided that we should start Christmas a little bit early. A lottle bit early, really. Thanks to the overwhelming stubborn ways of my inner child (and the pretend outer grown-up) and the undilute kindness of amazing friends. Christmas happened today - starting with a surprise front porch full of gift wrapped presents, including books, toys, records and an absolute abundance of spray snow. It *is* the Summer of the soul in December, but we tricked it into being a year round thing. Now I have the tree up, covered in Halloween lights. That’s where it’ll stay. <3
“At one time most of my friends could hear the bell, but as years passed, it fell silent for all of them. Even Sarah found one Christmas that she could no longer hear it’s sweet sound. Though I’ve grown old, the bell still rings for me as it does for all who truly believe.”
I love this! I want to bring hugs and gifts! #EarlyChristmas #ThoughtsPrayers

If the colorful part of this image describes you, I need your help thinking of masthead design ideas for my personal blog.
Would you like to see EA Sports include the US Women’s National Soccer Team in their FIFA video game franchise? Would you be more apt to buy the game IF they did include the USWNT or other women’s soccer teams? Should video game companies also include professional women’s teams in their video games as a package deal? Such as a NBA/WNBA game?

I’m going to try a little Super Best Friends Forever experiment here. Warner Bros. have put out some fantastic shorts during their DC Nation programming block on Cartoon Network. They are evolving one of those into a series - Teen Titans Go! It’s almost a continuation of the old Teen Titans animated series but either way, sounds like fun. I know a lot of folks were hoping SBFF would also move on to a half hour series as well but from what I’ve been hearing, it’s not likely and my question is - why?
Warner Bros. don’t believe a “girls” show has the same selling power as a “boys” show and I’d like to prove them wrong. I’d point them to the huge successes that were Lauren Faust’sPower Puff Girls and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic were, I’d tell them women make almost all the purchasing decisions for their household (specifically entertainment), that they are seriously underestimating how much parents spend on their daughters, and that children aren’t the only consumers of animated TV shows and their related products. I could do that but what I’d like to see right now is all of YOU do that.
Reblog or like this post if you’d not only watch a Super Best Friends Forever television show but buy products based on it. (Money talks, remember?) Add your own commentary or not but let’s see what the numbers say.
Read this if you (or your daughter, niece, friend or even a boy you know) watch Super Best Friends Forever. #SBFF
